Biography

Byron Easterling is an author, strategic advisor, and philanthropist dedicated to helping people discover their purpose and cultivate meaningful influence. For over thirty years, he has advised leaders across the church, business, and government sectors, advocating for authentic, relational growth.
His nonfiction catalog explores transformation, community building, and personal identity. Titles include An Introduction to New Era, the transformative guide Dream Big Dream Often, and the conceptual frameworks of his most recent work, The Issachar Report. In his writing, Byron frequently draws upon his diverse life experiences—from the discipline of playing professional golf to his signature "10x10 multiplication principle," a framework that prioritizes deep, relationship-based community development over broad influencer models.
Alongside his literary work, Byron is a lifelong creative. Following a four-decade career as a professional musician, recording artist, and pianist, he continues to compose and record solo piano music focused on peace and hope. He treats this musical endeavor as a distinct creative pursuit, with the desire to offer moments for entering the presence of God.
He and his wife, Crystal, are active in humanitarian work through their nonprofit organization, Build His House, which builds safe, secure homes for widows and single mothers in Nicaragua.
Byron lives in Vacaville, California. When he isn't writing, publishing on his Substack page Insight & Ink, or taking his daily two-mile walk, he enjoys exploring mountain environments and hosting gatherings that connect people both in a single room and across screens globally.
