I'm a productive person, a doer, a worker. I am also creative when I need to be, but I could never understand what seemed like 'wasting time' on dreaming. Reading this book, Dream Big Dream Often, opened my eyes to the importance of dreaming, hoping and reaching for your potential future. Don't let your past disappointments hold you back.
Dreaming is a very important part of life that many of us lost during our childhood. Either we weren't allowed to dream, or it wasn't valued by the adults, or there were too many other traumas to deal with that we lost the capacity and the courage it takes to dream. I did not like this book when I first read it because it challenged me. I realized my 'dreamer' was broken and my hope was relegated to what was possible, never beyond my scope of understanding. I had to go back and read it again until I could let my heart embrace the concepts. Now that I have begun dreaming, my future is opening up to me and there is no such word as impossible.

Byron shares some fascinating stories from his life—moments when God revealed Himself and gave him powerful insight. Each story is thoughtfully written and draws you in. But it doesn’t stop there. At the end of the tales, he includes teaching notes that take a deeper dive into the spiritual meaning, highlighting important principles and helping readers recognize the blessings woven throughout.

One of the things that resonated with me most was the idea that once you truly receive a blessing, you can then pass that blessing on to others.
There were many other meaningful takeaways, but I’ll keep this review brief. This is definitely a book you won’t want to miss.
